The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a linen and rayon blended fabric and the fabric, the method comprising the following steps: (a) producing a yarn by opening and loosening a raw material to fluff the material, passing the material through a blowing machine to remove impurities, performing a carding process, performing a combing process to remove short fibers from the fibers organized in the carding process, sequentially performing drawing, roving, spinning processes, and then winding the produced single yarn; (b) knitting the yarn to produce a raw fabric; (c) producing a processed fabric by performing washing and water treatment two times to uniformly express color of the raw fabric and remove impurities therefrom, and then performing dyeing and washing; and (d) producing a fabric by pressing the surface of the processed fabric at 60-90°C without applying steam, wherein the raw material of the step (a) is characterized by containing 75-90 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts of linen, and thus linen impurities are removed by performing the combing process twice to the linen and rayon mixed material, thereby producing a smooth yarn, and there is an effect in that color sharpness and brilliance are improved by uniformly differentiating a surface by means of only heat and a pressure without applying steam through a compact process optimized to linen/viscous. |
