The invention relates to a method for producing food products by means of the combustion of biomass, consisting in a process using technology based on energy obtained from natural resources (biomass), thereby producing high-quality products at a lower cost than conventional industrial systems. The method uses a facility consisting of a silo, motors (6), (7), (8) and (9), stoves (21), (22), (23), (24), a furnace (25), a fuel distributor (5), a clean room (31), and an automated system (32), etc., which, in the interaction thereof with the products, allow said products to acquire unique organoleptic properties unlike any other process or method of production which, even if natural, does not follow the cycles or phases of the method of the present invention. |
