The present invention relates to a jelly sandwich and a preparing method thereof, and the preparing method of a jelly sandwich comprises: a first step of preparing sponge cake and bean jelly; and a second step of cutting the sponge cake in a plate shape, applying the bean jelly to one surface of the cut sponge cake, covering one surface of the applied bean jelly with the plate-shaped sponge cake, and preparing a jelly sandwich by cooling. Thus, the jelly sandwich having an excellent chewing texture and color sense can be prepared by introducing a castella layer on both surfaces of the bean jelly prepared to exhibit a soft chewing texture close to a pudding. |
