Disclosed is a system for culturing leaf vegetables and fruit vegetables in a nutrient solution using microbubbles, wherein the system is capable of treating a nutrient solution in an eco-friendly manner. According to the present invention, the system comprises: a controller operating in a sterilization mode or culture mode; a first nutrient solution storage tank; a culture unit for culturing leaf vegetables and fruit vegetables using a nutrient solution provided from the first nutrient solution storage tank; a second nutrient solution storage tank for storing a nutrient solution, which is discharged after being used in the culture unit; an oxygen generator; an ozone gas generator for receiving oxygen generated by the oxygen generator to generate ozone gas; an injector for mixing the oxygen generated by the oxygen generator, the ozone gas generated by the ozone gas generator, and water; and a dissolution tank for storing a gas-dissolved liquid obtained by the mixing in the injector. In the sterilization mode, the controller cuts off the power offered to the ozone gas generator to control the ozone gas generator to flow out the oxygen, turns off a valve installed on a pipe between the dissolution tank and the culture unit, and turns off a valve installed on a pipe between the dissolution tank and the second nutrient solution storage tank. In the sterilization mode, the ozone gas is mixed with water in the injector, and the dissolution tank receives and stores the material flowing out from the injector. In addition, the ozone gas-dissolved water, which is stored in the dissolution tank, is provided in the form of microbubbles inside the second nutrient solution storage tank. |
