PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device and a communication method that are capable of leveling traffic of links constituting link aggregation and making full use of a communication band when an address based scheme is applied as a load distribution scheme in link aggregation.SOLUTION: A switch 104 at a device side configuring link aggregation 106 is set to operate distribution by a transmission source MAC address. A switch or router 107 at an opposite side configuring link aggregation is set to operate distribution by a transmission destination MAC address. The device is given a virtual MAC address, the virtual MAC address is dynamically changed, and thereby distribution to the respective links in link aggregation is controlled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
