PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive turbo fan excellent in productivity compared to a conventional turbo fan.SOLUTION: A turbo fan separately molds a main plate having a boss provided at a center part and fixed to a rotational shaft of a motor, a shroud forming a suction baffle wall, and a plurality of blade members, with thermoplastic resin. The main plate has fitting parts fitted to the blade members, the shroud has fitting members fitted to the blade members, and the blade members are fitted to the fitting parts of the main plate and shroud in parallel with the rotational shaft, and integrated with ultrasonic deposition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
