PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a thin-film solar battery, by which a thin-film solar battery high in photoelectric conversion efficiency and superior in endurance can be manufactured.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a thin-film solar battery including a laminate covered by a sealing layer, provided that the laminate has a first electrode, a second electrode, and a photoelectric conversion layer disposed between the first and second electrodes and including an organic inorganic perovskite compound expressed by the general formula, R-M-X(where R represents an organic molecule, M represents a metal atom, and X represents a halogen atom or chalcogen atom) comprises: a process for performing steps after the step of forming the photoelectric conversion layer until the step of covering the laminate with the sealing layer under an environment of a humidity is 40% or below with a degree of cleanness of 10000 or below.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
