PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit apparatus capable of appropriately setting a rise time and a fall time of a clock signal while reducing harmonic noises and an on-vehicle device.SOLUTION: A filter 11 is set at a magnitude of attenuation of a triangular number (n=1, 3, ...), a magnitude of attenuation proportional to the triangular number, or a magnitude of attenuation obtained by adding or subtracting a predetermined margin to or from the magnitude of attenuation with respect to a frequency of odd order (m=3, 5, ...) of 3 or more of a fundamental frequency of a rectangular wave clock signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
