PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, a system, etc. enabling an increased variation of stage effects using a luminous organ.SOLUTION: A radiator radiates an infrared ray including control information to the luminous organ which is held by an audience in a concert venue etc. The radiator includes a light source having a plurality of light-emitting diodes arrayed thereon. In front of the light source, there is provided a nozzle having a thin opening of a sufficiently wide lateral width in comparison with a vertical width, so that the infrared light is radiated after passing through the nozzle. This enables producing an illumination stage effect using the radiator in the concert venue such that a stripe-shaped light-emitting zone is formed and moved like a wave.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
