PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin frame-attached electrolyte membrane-electrode structure for a fuel cell, which makes possible to reliably remove gas from an adhesive-coating layer even with a simple structure, and to make a high-quality firm bond between an electrolyte membrane-electrode structure and a resin frame member.SOLUTION: A resin frame-attached electrolyte membrane-electrode structure 10 comprises: a stepped MEA 10a and a resin frame member 24 united into one; and an adhesive-coating layer 28 provided between the stepped MEA 10a and the resin frame member 24. The adhesive-coating layer 28 has an outer peripheral end 28e where an outer peripheral edge of the stepped MEA 10a touches the resin frame member 24. In the outer peripheral end 28e of the adhesive-coating layer 28, a slit 30 for communicating a space outside the adhesive-coating layer 28 to outside the resin frame member 24 is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
