The present invention relates to a battery module having an overcharge prevention device and an overcharge prevention device for a battery module, and more specifically, to a battery module having an overcharge prevention device capable of cutting off power supplied to a battery in case of overcharge of the battery and an overcharge prevention device for a battery module. A battery module having an overcharge prevention device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a battery cell having a first battery cell and a second battery cell separated from each other; and an overcharge prevention device inserted and arranged between the first battery cell and second battery cell to cut off power supplied to the battery cell when the battery cell expands due to overcharge. The overcharge prevention device is composed of one module separated from the battery cell and arranged to be replaceable in between the first battery cell and second battery cell. |
