The purpose of the present invention is to provide a pneumatic tire capable of improving uneven-wear resistance and wet braking performance. The pneumatic tire according to the present invention is provided with, on the surface of a tread, four or five circumferential grooves continuously extending in the circumferential direction of the tread, while defining and forming a pair of shoulder land sections, a pair of intermediate land sections, and one or a pair of center land sections. The pneumatic tire is characterized in that, in a state where the tire is mounted on an application rim and put into an unloaded state where a predetermined internal pressure is applied to the tire, when an imaginary arc R1 which passes through four ends, in the width direction of the tread, of the outer contour of the pair of intermediate land sections, the four ends being adjacent to the circumferential grooves, which has the center of the curvature located on the equatorial plane of the tire, and which is convex outward in the tire radial direction, is drawn in a cross-sectional view taken in the width direction of the tread, relationships between the amounts t1, t2 and t3 of protrusion of the outer contours of the center land sections, each intermediate land section, and each shoulder land section, respectively, from the imaginary arc R1 satisfy t1 < t2 and t3 < t2. |
