PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition which comprises, as an active ingredient, fractions of a colored-bean extract extracted from a colored-bean, and alleviates or treats vascular disease through platelet aggregation inhibition, and to provide an antithrombotic composition containing resin fractions of a colored-bean extract.SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical composition of the invention contains resin fractions of a colored-bean extract extracted using water, C-Calcohol, or a mixture thereof. As vascular disease, one or more is selected from the group consisting of cerebral apoplexy, cerebral hemorrhage, anemia, and migraine. The colored-beans are selected from the group consisting of Glycine max Merrill and field beans. The antithrombotic composition of the invention contains resin fractions of the colored-bean extract extracted using water, C-Calcohol, or a mixture thereof, and the colored-bean is any one or two selected from the group consisting of Glycine max Merrill and field beans.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
