The present invention comprises: a device body (2) that is provided with an image-forming unit (10); a paper stacking stand (70) on which manually fed paper is stacked; a manually fed paper feeding unit (60) that feeds the manually fed paper one sheet at a time; and a dustproof cover (80) that covers the paper stacking stand (70) when the same is in an extended state. The dustproof cover (80) is provided with: a base (81) that includes a base upper surface portion (81a) and a base side surface portion (81b) and that is mounted on the paper stacking stand (70); and an opening/closing cover (82) that includes a cover upper surface portion (82a) and a cover side surface portion (82b), that is rotatably connected to the base (81), that covers an extension-side portion of the paper stacking stand (70), such portion being not covered by the base (81), and that opens upward at the extension side.
