摘要 The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method to inspect an optical image stabilizer unit comprising two displacement sensors corresponding to three axes orthogonal to each other, and one tilt sensor. Accordingly, even when the operational characteristics of the stabilizer unit such as frequency response characteristics and automatic focus are measured, four input channels may be provided. As compared with conventional apparatuses, it is possible to reduce a requirement of sensors and reduce a requirement of input channels on data acquisition (DAQ) board. In inspecting the optical image stabilizer unit, the entire algorithm is simplified, and is possible to rapidly inspect the optical image stabilizer unit. The apparatus for the optical image stabilizer unit comprises: an actuator which moves an optical image stabilizer unit in any one direction of the three axial directions orthogonal to each other; a tilt sensor, a complex displacement sensor, and a single displacement sensor installed in the three axial directions orthogonal to each other respectively, each of which detects light emitted from and inputted to itself; a polarization beam splitter unit disposed between the actuator and the tilt sensor, allowing some light to pass, and reflecting the rest; and a reflection unit which selects light emitted from the complex displacement sensor and the light input to the complex displacement sensor in accordance with a movement of the optical image stabilizer.
