The present invention relates to an apparatus for coupling a mold plate for continuous casting to couple a mold plate for continuous casting to a backup plate. The apparatus comprises: a bolt portion which is installed in a mold plate; a nut portion which is screwed to one end of the bolt unit and couples a backup plate to the outer surface of the mold plate; a bushing portion which is coupled to the outer periphery of the bolt portion, and is installed at the coupled portion of the backup plate in an airtight seal with the cooling passage formed between the mold plate and the backup plate; a washer portion which is coupled to the outer periphery of the bolt portion, and is installed on the outer surface of the bushing portion to prevent the nut portion from being unscrewed and released; and a disc spring portion which is coupled to the outer periphery of the bolt portion and includes a disc spring portion installed between the nut portion and the washer portion and elastically supporting the nut portion. According to the present invention, the washer portion and the disc spring portion are installed at the coupled portion between the mold plate for continuous casting and the backup plate, the force maintaining the coupling between the mold plate and the backup plate is improved, deterioration caused by high heat is prevented, and it is possible to extend durability.
