PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-accuracy and cost-reduced brushless motor which is easily manufactured.SOLUTION: A brushless motor 1 includes a shaft 4, a rotor 1R and a stator 1S. The brushless motor 1 further includes: a cylindrical oil impregnation bearing 5 into which the shaft 4 is inserted and which supports the rotor 1R in a freely rotatable manner; a cylindrical bearing holding part 6 in which the stator 1S is fixed on an outer peripheral side surface and the oil impregnation bearing 5 is fixed on an inner peripheral side surface; an attraction magnet 9 which is disposed oppositely to one side end face of the shaft 4 for attracting the shaft 4 with a magnetic force; and a thrust plate 10 which is disposed between the one side end face of the shaft 4 and the attraction magnet 9. In the bearing holding part 6, a magnet holder 8 of a magnetic material is integrally molded in which the attraction magnet 9 is installed. The side of the magnet holder 8 where the attraction magnet 9 is installed, is covered by a material 6j for forming the bearing holding part 6 while excluding 8 cm of an installation surface where the attraction magnet 9 is installed, or the proximity thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
