PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator for a rotary electric machine in which three feeding phases are included, the feeding phases are connected in a Y connection and cost is reduced, the rotary electric machine to which the stator is applied, and a connection method for the stator.SOLUTION: A stator 1 for a rotary electric machine M includes; cores 4A-4F each including a yoke 41a and teeth 41b; and a plurality of coils 6 which are wound around a plurality of teeth so as to form three feeding phases (U phase, V phase and W phase). The three feeding phases are connected with each other in the Y connection and in each coil of each feeding phase, one coil wire is continuously wound over all the teeth via a crossover. In the winding, at a position where a neutral point of each feeding phase is formed in the Y connection, among crossovers, neutral point crossovers of the feeding phases which are mutually conducted to form the neutral point are electrically connected with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
