PRECISION CHIP RESISTOR AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

The invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, and specifically to thin-film processes for preparing resistive elements. The technical result consists in the creation of a simple, reliable and easy-to-manufacture chip resistor. A precision chip resistor contains an insulating substrate, having a thin-film resistive material provided on the working surface thereof, upper and lower contacts which are provided on the working surface of the substrate and on a surface of the substrate which is opposite to the working surface, respectively, and which are connected by a conductive coating, to which layers of nickel and tin are consecutively applied. A thin-film barrier layer is provided between the working surface of the substrate and the resistive layer, and a thin-film protective layer is provided on the working area of the resistive layer. Said layers are made of at least one material having a temporal stability of 10-100 ppm and a thermal conductivity of at least 80 W/(m⋅K). The protective layer is transparent to laser radiation.
