PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation trolley which achieves higher workability with a relatively simple structure.SOLUTION: An insulation trolley 30 includes: a tightening device 10; a first connection block 11; a second connection block 12; and a bypass line. In the tightening device 10, a base part 1 holds a first end part 21a of a first insulation trolley line 21 and an insulator part 2 holds a second end part 22a of a second insulation trolley line 22. Elastic force is applied to an area between the base part 1 and the insulator part 2. The bypass line electrically connects the first insulation trolley line 21 including a third end part 21b held by the first connection block 11 with the second insulation trolley line 22 including a forth end part 22b held by the second connection block 12. The base part 1 and the first connection block 11 are fixed to a first surface 23aa of a rail 23. The second connection block 12 is formed so as to move along a longitudinal direction of the rail 23.
