PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device management system for giving various suggestions according to an area where a device is arranged, a device management apparatus, a device, a suggestion method, and a program.SOLUTION: A device management system includes: a processing result information acquisition section 651 which acquires, from each of devices, processing result information formed by associating communication device identification information for identifying a communication device arranged in accordance with the devices, with processing request information on a processing request; an arrangement information acquisition section 653 which acquires arrangement information formed by associating area information indicating an area where the communication device indicated by the communication device identification information is arranged, for each of the communication device identification information; a suggestion information acquisition section 655 which acquires suggestion information formed by associating suggestion conditions with the content of suggestions, for each of the kinds of the areas; a determination section 659 which determines whether the suggestion conditions are satisfied or not, for each of the areas, on the basis of multiple pieces of processing result information, arrangement information and suggestion information; and an output control section 661 which causes an output section to output the content of suggestions associated with the suggestion conditions when the suggestion conditions are satisfied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
