Disclosed are a Ni-based superalloy with excellent oxidization-resistant and creep properties which is suitable for use in a part of an energy plant by alloy element adjustment and process condition control and a chemical plant of an oxidative and reducing corrosion atmosphere which stainless steel cannot withstand; and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the Ni-based superalloy with excellent oxidization-resistant and creep properties comprises: 20-26 wt% of chrome (Cr), 13-17 wt% of tungsten (W), 1-5 wt% of molybdenum (Mo), 0.1-1.0 wt% of manganese (Mn), 0.1-0.6 wt% of silicon (Si), 0.1-1.0 wt% of aluminum (Al), 0.01-0.06 wt% of lanthanum (La), 0.01-0.2 wt% of carbon (C), and the remainder consisting of nickel (Ni) and inevitable impurities. |
