PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of inspecting material having large difference of X-ray absorption rate so as to identify a shape of each material in a cross section with an X-ray CT.SOLUTION: An inspection method includes the steps of: preparing a sample 10a of a composite including resin and material mainly composed of at least one element between atomic numbers of 26 to 79; irradiating the sample with X-ray through shield material in a state where the shield material mainly composed of at least one element having an atomic number equal to or greater than 26 between the sample arranged in a sample arrangement part and an X-ray source; detecting the X-ray through the sample in a detection part, and outputting a tomogram image indicating a shape of the composite in a data processing part. |
