摘要 The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for continuously manufacturing chlorine dioxide gas by mixing and performing reaction between chlorite and acid. The present invention provides the method and the apparatus for continuously manufacturing the chlorine dioxide gas, which mix two kinds of solutions and make the solutions react, whereas aerating the mixed solution with compressed air in a primary reactor to manufacture the chlorine dioxide gas, automatically passing the mixed solution, uncompleted in the primary reactor, to a secondary reactor without other special power or sensors and making the mixed solution react additionally, thereby enhancing economic feasibility of a chemical directly related to maintenance costs and enhancing gas generation efficiency as the primary reactor and the secondary reactor, in other words, a complex reactor, can be driven at the same time. In addition, the apparatus is configured to form the secondary reactor in the primary reactor to simplify the overall structure of the apparatus, thereby efficiently using the space therein. The gas generated by the apparatus can be made in an aqueous solution form by being connected to an eductor and a water pipe.
