The present invention relates to novel Lactobacillus plantarum strain KCC-10 (KACC91785P), and to a composition using the same. More specifically, provided are various antimicrobial compositions using antimicrobial activities of the Lactobacillus plantarum KCC-10 (KACC91785P). Particularly, provided is a microorganism additive for manufacturing barley silages. The plant silages manufactured by using the strain of the present invention are capable of improving the digestibility of livestock, having excellent antimicrobial effects, improving palatability due to taste improvement, and increasing the quality of the livestock.
