The present invention relates to environmentally-friendly recycling of paper sludge and, more specifically, to a mixed particulate material composition improving carbonization prevention and dispersibility of the paper sludge, and to a producing method thereof. The purpose of the present invention is to develop a mixed particulate material capable of being used as a bioplastic material by using the paper sludge as a raw material. The present invention corresponds with the global low-carbon policy, and thus production cost of an existing plastic product can be reduced and a secondary waste resource processing problem can be solved by using these materials, thereby enabling the mixed particulate material comprising the paper sludge to be highly used. |
