PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform examination or approval of a work track record written report, within an available period as possible.SOLUTION: A track record registration device comprises: a staying determination device 4B1 for confirming that people B1, C1 who perform examination and approval of a branch office 2 stay in a room, when a work track record written report is sent from a business office 1; a surrogate extraction device 4B2 for extracting sub-people B2, C2 who perform examination and approval when the people B1, C1 who perform examination and approval are absent; a mail sending device 4D for sending a request mail of examination and approval works to the people and sub-people B1, C1, B2, C2 who perform examination and approval by a predetermined number, and sending a result mail of the examination and approval works to the business office 1; and a period time management device 4B3 for determining whether or not, a period since reception of the work track record written report until completion of the examination and approval works exceeds a predetermined period, and determining a time that the mail sending device 4D sends the request mail to the people and sub-people B1, C1, B2, C2 who perform examination and approval.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
