An organic light emitting diode is provided. The organic light emitting diode according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a first electrode and a second electrode facing each other; a light emitting layer located between the first electrode and the second electrode; and an electron injection layer located between the second electrode and the light emitting layer, wherein the electron injection layer includes a first material which is an oxide having relative dielectric constant of 10 or more, and a second material which is a metal having work function of 4.0 eV or less. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the organic light emitting diode having high efficiency and long lifespan, and an organic light display device comprising the same.
