PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjustment arrangement with low cost and small space which, after the rotary position is adjusted to a desired one, securely maintains the position, in position adjustment of an image collector arrangement of a fixed monitoring device.SOLUTION: A fixed monitoring device 1 comprises an image collector arrangement 4 and a first adjustment arrangement 6. The adjustment arrangement 6 comprises a main gear 7 arranged to rotate for adjusting the position of the image collector arrangement 4, a first motor 8, a second motor 9, a first gearing arrangement 10 operatively connecting the first motor 8 to the main gear 7, and a second gearing arrangement 11 operatively connecting the second motor 9 to the main gear 7.
