<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide device capable of precisely positioning a strip-like member with edge tapes which has a terminal part flare-stuck with the soft edge tapes. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the guide device such that the strip-like member with the edge tape having the edge tapes stuck on the end part of the strip-like member from above and below can be positioned by sandwiching the sticking part of the edge tapes between guide rollers arranged above and blow the edge tapes at a step part of the sticking part of the edge tapes covering the end part of the strip-like member, and pressing the end part of the step part in a center-side width direction of the strip-like member. Further, a plurality of the guide rollers arranged above and blow the edge tapes are arranged in the moving direction of the strip-like member and can freely rotate in the moving direction of the strip-like member, and the gap between the upper and lower guide rollers and tilt angles of the upper and lower guide rollers can be adjusted according to the step part of the strip-like member with the edge tapes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
