A pipe washing apparatus according to the present invention comprises: an air injection device which provides compressed air; an air injection hose of which one side is connected to the air injection device and the other side can be drawn into a pipe where sediments are stacked through a manhole pipe; a packer which is coupled to the other side of the air injection hose to allow the pipe to be filled with the compressed air, is expanded when the packer is drawn into the pipe where the sediments are stacked and the compressed air flows into the pipe to block the flow path of the pipe, and bursts or is opened when the compressed air greater than or equal to a reference value flows into the pipe in a state that the packer blocks the flow path of the pipe to reduce the volume thereof and open the flow path of the pipe; and a pressure gauge which measures the internal pressure of the packer.
