Provided are a signal control chip and a switching device comprising the same. The switching device includes a switch which controls a current flowing along an inductive element; a signal control chip which determines whether the switch is on or off; and a first reference resistance which is arranged outside the signal control chip. The signal control chip forms a first current leaked from the internal side to the outside via the first reference resistance, generates a reference voltage by using the first current and the first reference resistance, and generates a reset signal for turning off the switch by using the reference voltage.
