The present invention relates to a detachable rotary jig for UV sealing application. The detachable rotary jig for UV sealing application has been developed to solve the following problem. A rotary jig mounts and rotates a liquid crystal display to allow UV sealing via an application process so as to protect the surface of the liquid crystal display, especially the edge surface, and the whole of the rotary jig needs to be replaced so as to perform a UV sealing application process of a liquid crystal display which is different in size. More specifically, the present invention relates to a detachable rotary jig for UV sealing application, which comprises: a lower mounting plate formed into a square panel shape and comprising 3-6 bolt holes which is vertically penetrated at regular intervals radially from the middle of the top side and have an inner diameter extended to be stepped toward the bottom, a fixing hole which is vertically penetrated on the outside of the bolt holes, and a penetrating hole which is vertically penetrated in the middle of the top side; a shaft mounting block having a rotary shaft formed to protrude upwards in the middle, and fixed to the middle of the top side of the lower mounting plate by a first fixing bolt mounted to each bolt hole from the bottom of the lower mounting plate; a fastening plate having a fixing bolt hole which is vertically penetrated on the middle of the top side and has an inner diameter formed to be extended on the top, thereby being mounted and fixed to the top side of the rotary shaft by a second fixing bolt, and comprising, on the top side, two fixing pins which protrude and 3-4 first magnet mounting parts depressed to mount magnets; and a panel mounting plate having a top side on which a display panel is put, and comprising, on the lower side, a fixing pin insertion hole into which each fixing pin is inserted and 3-4 second magnet mounting parts depressed upwards to correspond to the first magnet mounting parts to mount magnets. |
