A disposable diaper (1A) of the present invention is provided with an absorbent body (5) which includes a topsheet (2), a backsheet (3) and an absorbent member (4) as being sectioned into a front section (A), a rear section (B) and a crotch section (C). Here, the absorbent member (4) includes a laminated absorbent member (41) which is formed by sandwiching high-absorbent polymer with nonwoven (411, 412) and which is arranged over a range from the front section (A) to the rear section (B). The absorbent member (4) and the topsheet (2) are not fixed at the rear section (B) and are fixed at the front section (A) and the crotch section (C). The absorbent body (5) includes elastic members (9) across the absorbent member (4) in a stretching state between the absorbent member (4) and the topsheet (2) at the rear section (B). The elastic members (9) are arranged with both end portions (9s) thereof fixed between the topsheet (2) and the backsheet (3), so that the absorbent member (4) and the topsheet (2) are separated from each other while used owing to contraction of the elastic members (9). |
