PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat conductive laminate having rich stretchability and excellent moldability while having heat conductivity higher than that of an artificial fiber-reinforced plastic resin.SOLUTION: There is provided a heat conductive laminate 1 of one or more metal sheets 3 and an artificial fiber-reinforced sheet 2 or a laminate of one or more metal sheets 3 coated with a graphite sheet 4 and an artificial fiber-reinforced sheet 2, where in the metal sheets 3, a plurality of holes 30 are arranged and an artificial fiber-reinforced plastic or graphite passes through the plurality of holes 30, thus the above problem can be solved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
