PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine, when transmitting a document created by a document creation service to an external cloud service, a method for confirming rights to the external cloud service from the storage destination designated by a user, and confirm the right corresponding to the storage destination before document creation.SOLUTION: A control unit acquires a request URL in a document creation request in 701, and, after confirming a document creation right in 702, determines a storage destination from the request URL in 703. In the case of a document, the control unit requests a CPS to confirm a right of writing to a storage destination record ID, and, when the right is had, confirms whether there exists a folder to which the storage destination record belongs in 704, 712. In the case of an attach, the control unit requests the CPS to confirm a right of writing to the storage destination record ID, and, when the right is had, confirms whether there exists an object associated with the storage destination record in 706, 713.
