PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air flow switching type oven capable of blowing air flows in a plurality of air flow directions different with each other to a processing object with a single unit so as to efficiently supply the air flows from different directions corresponding to the processing object stored.SOLUTION: An air flow switching type oven 1 includes a main body part 2 having a storage space SP in which a processing object GT is placed, a heater 9 disposed at the main body part 2, an air blow part 130 blowing the air heated by the heater 9 as an air flow, an air passage part 80 through which the air flow from the air blow part 130 flows, and an air flow direction switching part 150 switching between blowing the air flow flowing through the air passage part 80 to the processing object GT in the storage space SP from a first direction (the direction of a downflow air flow W1) and blowing to the processing object GT disposed in the storage space from a second direction(the direction of a sideflow air flow W2) different from the first direction. |
