PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pear-derived fruit wine which has a beer-like taste added.SOLUTION: Provided is a fruit wine with beer-like taste added in which the total amount of extract content is 2.8 to 5.8 w/v% and in which the content of organic acid is 0.34 to 0.52 w/v%, and at least a portion of the fruit raw-material is pear or processed product thereof. |
