摘要 Disclosed is a heating pipe panel of a floating floor structure for reducing floor noise. The heating pipe panel of a floating floor structure for reducing floor noise according to the present invention comprises: a base plate part which is arranged on the top surface of a concrete slab with a heating pipe being fixed to the upper part thereof, the base plate part being formed in a rectangular plate shape; a plurality of pipe holders for fixing and inserting the heating pipe therebetween, which are formed on the top surface of the base plate part so as to be spaced apart from each other; and a protruded cup part which protrudes in a cup shape downwardly from the lower surface of the base plate part so as to form a deep space therein. The base plate part, the pipe holders and the protruded cup part are integrally formed by injection molding, wherein the protruded cup part has a screw hole formed in the center of the bottom surface thereof with a height-adjustable screw member having a screw part coupled to the screw hole by screw coupling so that the height of the base plate part can be adjusted, and wherein the base plate part has a drooping preventive protrusion which is formed to protrude from the lower surface thereof so as to have a height that is equal to or lower than the lower surface of the protruded cup part. The present invention configured as above can be properly assembled and extended according to the size of the top surface of the concrete slab which is subject to construction, thereby enhancing convenience in use. In particular, height adjustment can be effected through a simple operation of turning a head part of the upwardly exposed screw member to the left or right, and thus a horizontal plane can be regularly adjusted by compensating the gradient of the concrete slab, and consequently a conventional mortar process for construction of a horizontal plane is not necessary. Accordingly, there are beneficial effects of allowing economical construction, guaranteeing high construction quality regardless of the skill level of a worker and shortening the construction period, thereby increasing economic efficiency. Further, the heating pipe panel of a floating floor structure for reducing floor noise according to the present invention has the advantages that a mesh board part, which is formed by extending the head of the screw member, prevents the occurrence of cracking in finishing mortar and increases structural stability, thereby improving construction quality and allowing economical construction by resolving the harmful effects of conventional wire mesh construction. Also, the heating pipe panel of a floating floor structure for reducing floor noise according to the present invention has the advantages of improving the structure of the holders so that the heating pipe can be firmly supported from all directions, thereby stably preventing the heating pipe from being separated due to placement pressure upon placement of finishing mortar and allowing the heating pipe to be bendably fixed in the orthogonal direction, resulting in an increased degree of freedom of heating pipe construction. In particular, the position of the heating pipe can be fixed so as to enable centralized heating of a desired part, free from conventional standardized heating pipe patterns, and accordingly, the beneficial effect of increasing indoor heating efficiency can be expected.
