PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake manifold formed by vibration welding a plurality of members.SOLUTION: An intake manifold 1 is formed by vibration welding an upstream side portion and a downstream side portion individually welded. The upstream side portion includes a first member 10 and a second member 12, and the downstream side portion includes a third member 14 and a fourth member 16. A welded part 36a of the first member 10 and a welded part 82 of the third member 14 project toward the outside of a welded part of the first member 10 and the second member 12 and a welded part of the third member 14 and the fourth member 16. The upstream side portion and the downstream side portion are superimposed so that the welded part 36a and the welded part 82 are abutted with each other, and a tool receiving surface 44a of the first member 10 is supported just below the welded part 36a, and an upper surface of a tool receiving part 76 of the third member 14 is supported just above the welded part 82. The welded parts 36a and 82 are melted by applying vibration in this state, and the first member 10 and the third member 14 are welded. |
