LIGHT DIFFUSING MEMBER, BACK LIGHT ASSEMBLY HAVING SAME AND DISPLAY APPARATUS HAVING SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light diffusing member with which light luminance and light diffusion efficiency can be raised, wrinkling can be prevented and a manufacturing unit price can be reduced and to provide a back light assembly having the same, a liquid crystal display apparatus having the same and a copolymer for the light diffusing member.

SOLUTION: The light diffusing member contains a high polymer mixture in which a first polymer having first glass transition temperature and a second polymer having second glass transition temperature higher than the first glass transition temperature are uniformly blended or a copolymer in which the first polymer and the second polymer are arranged with a repeating unit. Further the light diffusing member contains a light diffusing body for diffusing incident light through an emitting face and a light diffusing layer which is formed by application onto the emitting face of the light diffusing body and is consisting of a binder resin containing beads. The back light assembly and the liquid crystal display apparatus containing the light diffusing member can increase light luminance and light diffusion efficiency, prevent wrinkling and, reduce manufacturing unit price.
