PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition capable of exhibiting light peelablity to metal, having excellent wettability to an entire surface of a metal mesh film, exhibiting low contamination property to the metal mesh film, and efficiently preventing corrosion of the metal, and also to provide a surface protective film having an adhesive layer made from such an adhesive composition, and a transparent conductive film with a surface protective film having such a surface protective film.SOLUTION: An adhesive composition includes a resin and an azole compound. The resin is at least one selected from a polyurethane resin and a polyester resin.
