The present invention provides a three-phase toroidal electric power saving apparatus which comprises a voltage/current detection unit (40) measuring an input voltage and a current for power applied from the outside and displaying the values, wherein power is configured to be bypassed by a control of an electromagnetic switch (50) when a current value measured by the voltage/current detection unit (40) is greater than a predetermined reference current value; and contact point changes in an electromagnetic contactor-1 and an electromagnetic contactor-2 are caused by driving of an interlock switch of a thermal relay (THR) to make an input power bypassed to a load. Accordingly, an electric shock which can be generated in an electric device on a load by sudden changes in voltage and current values of input power does not occur and a constant voltage and current of stable power can be always applied to the load. |
