PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business support system for supporting a business operation of employees in an organization such as an enterprise.SOLUTION: A business support system includes: a business operation manual information storage unit 11 for storing business operation manual information; a business operation manual creation processing unit 12 for receiving input of the business operation manual information of the business operation comprising a plurality of pieces of work, and for making the business operation manual information storage unit store it; a business operation procedure display processing unit 13 for displaying all or a part of the business operation manual information stored in the business operation manual information storage unit with respect to an employee terminal which is operated by an employee taking charge of the business operation; and a schedule interlocking processing unit 15 for allowing work schedule to be stored by adding it to schedule information of the employee who performs the work in a scheduler system, based on due date information of the work. |
