The present invention provides a flock sensing device including: a hollow pipe which has both end portions of an input end for receiving sludge mixed with a coagulant and an output end for discharging the sludge and also has a sludge collection hole on a side thereof; a collection pipe which is fixated to the hollow pipe to close the sludge collection hole; a sludge insertion hole which is arranged on the sludge collection pipe to be located in the hollow pipe and passes a portion of the sludge flowing along the hollow pipe through the inside of the sludge collection pipe; a sludge discharge hole which is arranged on the sludge collection pipe to be located in the hollow pipe and passes the sludge in the sludge collection pipe through the inside of the hollow pipe; a rotation body which pulls the sludge in the sludge collection pipe and rotates and reciprocates between a collection location where both the sludge insertion hole and the sludge discharge hole are opened and an inspection location where both the sludge insertion hole and the sludge discharge hole are closed; and an inspection means which senses whether flock has been generated in the sludge that the rotation body pulled to the inspection location during rotation. |
