PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower a height position of a floor panel of a vehicle body without reducing vertical dimension of a side member and a bound stopper and stroke dimension of a suspension. SOLUTION: In the mounting structure for the bound stopper 4 provided on a lower part of the vehicle body behind it so as to be opposed to an axle housing 8 supported on a leaf spring type suspension of the automobile, on a lower surface of the floor panel 1 of the vehicle body, the side member 2 forming a closed cross section with this is provided. A box cross section is formed by the lower surface of the floor panel 1 and a side surface 22a of the side member 2 adjacent to the side member 2. A stopper mounting member 5 in which a bottom wall 51 is set to a position higher than the lower surface 21 of the side member 2 by one stage, and on a lower surface of the bottom wall 51, a bound stopper 4 downwardly projected than the side member 2 is mounted.
