An organic electro-luminescence device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent a distortion of a light emitted to an encapsulation substrate by filling a groove formed on a surface of the encapsulation substrate with adhesives. An organic electro-luminescence device includes a substrate(210), an encapsulation substrate(240), a polarization plate(260), and adhesives(250). At least one organic electro-luminescence device is formed on the substrate. The encapsulation substrate encapsulates the organic electro-luminescence device. The polarization plate is arranged on the encapsulation substrate. The adhesives adheres the polarization plate to the encapsulation substrate. The adhesives have the viscosity of 20 to 20000cp to fill a groove of a surface of the encapsulation substrate and planarize the surface of the encapsulation substrate.
