PURPOSE: A pressure tool of a bonding device is provided to rotate a first and a second control screws, thereby enabling the simple and convenient manipulation of a horizontal control unit. CONSTITUTION: A pressure tool of a bonding device includes a first control unit(210), a first wedge, a first control screw, a second control unit(230), a second wedge, and a second control screw. The first control unit controls a tooltip(191) toward a horizontal direction. The first wedge is inserted into a first wedge hole formed in a header unit. The first control screw is connected in order to move the first wedge toward inserting and withdrawing directions into the first wedge hole. The second control unit controls a tooltip toward a vertical direction. The second wedge is inserted into a second wedge hole formed in the header unit. The second control screw is connected in order to move the second wedge toward inserting and withdrawing directions into the second wedge hole. |
