PURPOSE: An adhesive coating method, an adhesive coating device thereof and a die bonding device thereof are provided to shorten a whole process time by uniformly coating an adhesive on a substrate through a first and a second transport parts. CONSTITUTION: A substrate is classified into a first and a second regions based on a first axis. An adhesive is sprayed to a first direction which is parallel to the first axis in order to coat the adhesive on the first region of the substrate(S10). A substrate that the adhesive was sprayed on the first region is moved to the second direction which is parallel to a second axis perpendicular to the first axis so that the second region should be located the place the first region was placed(S20). The adhesive is sprayed to the third direction opposing the first direction so that the adhesive is sprayed on the second region of the substrate which was moved to the second direction(S30). The adhesive including a liquid material is sprayed on the substrate as the form of spraying.
