PURPOSE: A corona wire of low weight and high strength using carbon nano tube is provided to supply electrical, mechanical and heat characteristic and supply small diameter by the carbon nano tube. CONSTITUTION: A charging device(100) includes an accepter and a coronode. The coronode is arranged and is opposite side to an accepter. The coronode includes more than one carbon nanotube which is arranged in the accepter and emits the electric charge to a nose by using the low operating voltage. Each carbon nanotube of an abnormal has the small dimension less than about 100 micron.
